CISCO to introduce Nexus 7000 Series

LAS VEGAS, USA (AVING Special Report on ‘Interop Las Vegas 2008′) — Cisco introduced an innovative family of data center-class switching platforms ‘Cisco Nexus 7000 Series’, which was named a finalist in the Infrastructure category of the Best of Interop Awards competition for Interop Las Vegas 2008.

The Cisco Nexus 7000 Series delivers the infrastructure chapter of Cisco’s Data Center 3.0 vision.

Casio to release its 60fps digital camera ‘Exilim PRO EX-F1′

SEOUL, Korea (AVING) — CASIO held a press conference with the launch of its new digital camera ‘Exilim PRO EX-F1′ in Korea market, which features the world’s fastest burst shooting performance.

Incorporated a high speed CMOS sensor and a high speed LSI processor, the Exilim PRO EX-F1 boasts an ultra-high speed 60fps burst rate for still images, together with 1,200 fps high speed movie recording that captures movement faster than the eye can see for ultra-slow motion replay. Moreover, it can record movies at full HD.

Using the still image burst mode, users can shoot at an ultra fast 60 frames per second. In burst mode, the frame rate can also be varied from between 1 and 60 frames per second while shooting. Up to 60 shots can be taken at once, so 60 shots per second for one second, or 5 shots per second for 12 seconds, are possible.
