LG use solar power handset. LG has unveiled a solar powered handset, giving three minutes call time from a ten minute solar charge. LG has unveiled a solar powered handset, although as yet the name of the device hasn’t been confirmed.

The company claims the battery will charge enough over ten minutes to power a three minute phone call. Although an interesting concept, the idea of a solar powered handset would mean changing the way you use your phone to an extent.
