LAS VEGAS, USA (AVING Special Report on ‘infoComm 2008′) — Panasonic unveiled its new 12,000-lumen three-chip DLP projectors at InfoComm 2008.

The high-resolution PT-DZ12000U WUXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels) and PT-D12000U SXGA (1400 x 1050 pixels) models are designed for large venue and rental and staging solutions such as, commercial digital cinema, higher education, corporate and digital advertising customers.

Both the PT-DZ12000U and PT-D12000U include new, built-in edge blending and a geometric adjustment feature that enables both projectors to deliver dynamic warping capability and presentation solutions.

They will be available at the MSRP of $69,000 for PT-DZ12000U and $59,000 for PT-D12000U from August.

SEOUL, Korea (AVING) — Epson Korea(www.epson.co.kr) launched its new flagship 3LCD projectors ‘Korea Series’ including ‘EB-G5000′, ‘EB-G5100′, ‘EB-G5150′, ‘EB-G5300′, ‘EB-G5350, and ‘EB-G5200W’.

Supporting at least 4,000 ANSI Lumens, these projectors are equipped with Epson’s latest 3LCD display technology to provide superb colors and deep blacks. In particular, the EB-G5200W supports WXGA(1280*800) resolution with an aspect of 16:9.

Offering 29dB noise, the Korea Series features Direct Power-On function that allows for projectors to startup without pressing the power button, while adopts 1.8X lens enabling users to project images onto a 100-inch screen from a distance of 3 meters.
